I called multiple offices in the Tyler area. Due to the nature of the situation, I wanted to speak with a rep. that could explain how they would address attempting to clean out a storm drain that's been over flowing for years.
All I kept getting was that they would send someone out with service call fee that averaged $150 just to show up. Then they'd figure it out from there.
When I contacted Escheberger's the office gal noted that there was no one in the office at the moment to speak with, but took my number and said someone would call me back that day. Jared called me with in the hour and listened to my concerns - mainly not knowing anything about cleaning exterior drains. He said the 'jetter' was the way to go, and arranged a visit with my brother out at the property.
Everything went better than expected. The drain pipe was clear out and the outlet was found some 250' away. Jared and the equipment were just what the Dr ordered. And the price was extrememly fair! Thanks guys!

I called Eschberger Plumbing on the weekend. I got quick service for a fair price. I was nervous about calling a plumber on a Sunday! They treated me very fair!
